What format are the samples, and can I use them commercially?
24-bit / 48kHz WAV. Every paid pack and the free sampler ship with a full commercial-use license — use them in released tracks, sync, streaming, anywhere — with no royalties owed back to us.
What happens to audio I upload for stem separation or mastering?
It's processed on our machine and deleted automatically within the hour, whether or not you download the result. We don't keep a copy, train on it, or share it — see "Local processing" under Specs above.
What if a pack I bought is corrupted or not what I expected?
Email us within 14 days of purchase with your order number and we'll send a replacement download or a full refund — see the Refund Policy in the footer for details.
