Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect. Audio files you upload for processing; standard request metadata (IP address, timestamps) for rate-limiting and abuse prevention; cookieless, aggregate page-view counts (how many views and unique visitors each page gets per day) — to count a unique visitor we compute a one-way hash of your IP address and browser user-agent with a random key that is discarded every 24 hours, so we never store your IP for this and cannot identify you or link your visits across days; and, if you purchase a Soundbank, payment and contact details collected directly by our payment processor (LemonSqueezy) — we do not receive or store your card details. If you sign up for the free sampler or a pack page form, we also collect your email address.

2. How We Use It. Uploaded audio is used exclusively to generate the output you requested. It is never used for training, analytics, or shared with third parties. Uploaded files are deleted immediately after processing completes; generated outputs are automatically purged after 60 minutes.

3. Telegram Bot. If you use our Telegram bot, we process the file you send and your Telegram chat ID only for the duration needed to deliver your result, following the same retention rules as the web app.

4. Third-Party Processors. Payments are handled entirely by LemonSqueezy under their own privacy policy. We do not share uploaded audio with any third party. If you give us your email address (free sampler or a pack page form), we keep the address, the signup time, which form it came from and the campaign tag (utm_source) of the link you arrived through, if any, and copy it to Brevo, our email provider, to send your download link and occasional new-pack emails. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

5. Analytics & Advertising Cookies. With your consent (see the cookie banner), we use Google Analytics (site usage statistics), Meta Pixel (advertising measurement), and Microsoft Clarity (session recordings/heatmaps showing how visitors use the site - mouse movement and clicks, not audio content or account credentials) to understand and improve the Service. These load ONLY after you accept the cookie banner, never before, and never at all if you decline. Each operates under its own privacy policy (Google, Meta, Microsoft) and may set its own cookies/identifiers in your browser; none of them ever receive your uploaded audio.

6. Data Security. Processing occurs on dedicated infrastructure with automatic time-based deletion (TTL) enforced by an independent supervisor process, not manual cleanup.

7. Your Rights. We do not retain uploads or outputs beyond the processing window, so there is generally no stored personal data from that side of the Service to access, correct, or delete. You can withdraw analytics/advertising consent at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser (the cookie banner will reappear) or via each provider's own opt-out tools. For purchase-related data held by our payment processor, contact them directly or reach us at [email protected] and we will assist. Email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them at [email protected].
