Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms. By accessing or using PhaseForge Audio Labs ("the Service"), operated by PhaseForge Audio Labs ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service. The Service provides AI-assisted audio processing (stem separation, mastering, audio-to-MIDI transcription) and sells digital sample packs ("Soundbanks"). Processing tools are provided free of charge and subject to fair-use rate limits; Soundbanks are sold for a one-time fee via our third-party payment processor.

3. User Content. You retain all ownership rights to audio files you upload. Uploaded files are used solely to generate your requested output, are automatically deleted upon job completion, and any output is purged after 60 minutes if not downloaded. We do not claim ownership of, listen to, or repurpose your uploads.

4. Soundbank License. Purchased Soundbanks are licensed, not sold, for use in your own commercial or non-commercial music productions on a non-exclusive, royalty-free basis. Redistribution, resale, or sublicensing of the raw sample files themselves is prohibited.

5. Acceptable Use. You may not use the Service to process content you do not have the rights to, to attempt to overwhelm or abuse the infrastructure, or to circumvent rate limits or access controls.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PhaseForge Audio Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
