Refund Policy

1. Digital Goods. Soundbanks are digital products delivered instantly upon purchase. Because the files are downloadable immediately, all sales are final except as described below.

2. Defective Files. If a purchased pack is corrupted, incomplete, or otherwise fails to function as described, contact [email protected] within 14 days of purchase with your order confirmation, and we will provide a replacement download or a full refund.

3. Accidental Purchases. Requests submitted within 24 hours of purchase, before the pack has been downloaded, will be considered for a full refund at our discretion.

4. Free Processing Tools. Stem separation, mastering, and MIDI transcription are provided free of charge and are not eligible for refunds, as no payment is collected for their use.

5. How to Request. Email [email protected] with your order number. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via our payment processor, typically within 5–10 business days.
