Building a big room drop

1. Set the tempo to 126–130 BPM, put the kick on every beat and the clap on 2 and 4.
2. Use the FX sound in the last bar before the drop, then cut everything for one beat so the drop hits harder.
3. Play the synth as a short, simple lead, often only a few notes, and sidechain it hard to the kick.
4. In the breakdown, take the kick out completely. The drop works because of the contrast.

Can I use these in a release?

Yes. Every sound here comes from a recording released under CC0 1.0 (public domain). Use it in commercial tracks, beats and videos, with no royalties and no credit required. The one thing you can't do is resell the sounds themselves as a sample pack. SOURCES.txt in the ZIP lists the original recording for each file. More on licensing.
